Seven Davis Polk deals recognized at the 2022 IFR Awards

Seven Davis Polk transactions were recognized at International Financing Review’s 2022 IFR Awards. The awards honor the most important transactions across numerous sectors of the market, as well as the banks leading those deals.

• Americas Restructuring: LatAm Airlines’ US$16bn restructuring
• North America Investment-Grade Corporate Bond: Meta Platforms’ US$10bn four-tranche bond
• Reverse Yankee Bond: Medtronic’s €3.5bn four-tranche bond  
• North America Private Debt Loan: Advarra’s US$1.96bn acquisition loan
• North America Loan: Otis Worldwide’s €1.65bn bridge loan
• EMEA Leveraged Loan: Refresco’s €3.9bn-equivalent financing
   

The awards will be presented on March 27, 2023, in London.
