Davis Polk advised the lead arrangers and joint bookrunners with respect to the financing package for KKR’s acquisition of Refresco Group B.V. The €3.9 billion financing consisted of a senior secured term loan facility comprising a $1.61 billion tranche, a €1.53 billion tranche and a £290 million tranche and a €500 million senior secured revolving facility.
