Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on the Rule 144A/Regulation S offering by SEB of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.550% notes due 2023, $600 million aggregate principal amount of 0.850% notes due 2025 and $400 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate notes due 2023 under SEB’s Global Program for continuous issuance of medium-term notes and covered bonds.
