Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A and Regulation S offering by Momo Inc. of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.25% convertible senior notes due 2025. The initial purchasers have an option, exercisable within a 30-day period from the offering, to purchase up to $100 million principal amount of additional notes.
