Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by LYB International Finance II B.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of LyondellBasell Industries N.V., of €500 million aggregate principal amount of its 0.875% guaranteed notes due 2026 and €500 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.625% guaranteed notes due 2031. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by LyondellBasell Industries N.V.
