Davis Polk advised the managers and the global structuring agent and coordinator in connection with Intel’s SEC-registered offering in Taiwan of $1.0 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.90% senior notes due 2045. The notes were settled in Euroclear and Clearstream and are listed on the Taipei Exchange (formerly the GreTai Securities Market) and offered to professional institutional investors.
