Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on an SEC-registered offering by General Motors Financial Company, Inc. of $500 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate senior notes due 2022, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.150% senior notes due 2022 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.350% senior notes due 2027. The 2027 notes are a reopening of the $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.350% senior notes due 2027 issued on January 17, 2017. The notes are guaranteed by AmeriCredit Financial Services, Inc., the principal U.S. operating subsidiary of GM Financial.

GM Financial is a global provider of automobile financing solutions and is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors Company.
