First American Financial Corporation $450 Million Senior Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering by First American Financial Corporation of $450 million principal amount of 4.000% senior notes due 2030.

First American Financial Corporation is engaged in the business of providing financial services through its title insurance and specialty insurance segments. First American Financial Corporation also provides products, services and solutions that are designed to mitigate risk in, or otherwise facilitate real estate transactions, many of which involve the use of real property-related data, including data derived from its proprietary databases. The businesses operated by its subsidiaries have, in some instances, been in existence since the late 1800s.
