Davis Polk advised the dealer managers in connection with Empresa Eléctrica Angamos SpA’s cash tender offer for up to the outstanding $388 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.875% senior secured notes due 2029.

Empresa Eléctrica Angamos SpA is engaged in the generation, transmission and supply of electricity in northern Chile.
