Davis Polk matters win multiple 2023 M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards

Davis Polk advised on four matters recognized at the 17th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. The awards honor the year’s leading distressed M&A, restructuring and refinancing matters, as well as the leading products and services, firms and professionals in the space.

The firm advised on the following winning matters:

• Cross-Border Restructuring of the Year (over $1 billion): Restructuring of Grupo Aeroméxico, S.A.B. de C.V
• Section 363 Sale of the Year ($50 million to $100 million):  Restructuring and 363 sale of Limetree Bay
• Restructuring of the Year ($250 million to $1 billion):  Sale of Basic Energy Services assets
• Restructuring of the Year (over $10 billion):  Chapter 11 Reorganization of Intelsat

The awards will be presented on March 22, 2023, in Palm Beach, Florida.
