Davis Polk advised SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. on its $1.4 billion public offering of 30,262,250 shares of common stock, including 3,947,250 shares sold pursuant to an underwriters’ option. The shares are listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “SSNC.” SS&C intends to use a portion of the net proceeds to finance its previously announced acquisition of DST Systems, Inc.
