Davis Polk Advises PwC on the Sale of Its U.S. Public Sector Business to Veritas Capital

Davis Polk is advising PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP on the sale of its U.S. Public Sector business to Veritas Capital. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.
