Davis Polk is advising Hearthside Food Solutions LLC, Goldman Sachs’s merchant banking division and Vestar Capital Partners in connection with the sale of Hearthside to Partners Group and Charlesbank Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2018, were not disclosed.
