Davis Polk is advising Equinix, Inc. on its acquisition of the Infomart Dallas from ASB Real Estate in an $800 million debt and cash transaction. The acquisition is expected to close in mid-2018, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.

The Infomart is one of the largest interconnection hubs in the United States and is currently home to four of eight Equinix Dallas International Business Exchange data centers.
