Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A/Regulation S follow-on primary offering of common shares of CCR S.A. for a total of approximately R$4.1 billion (approximately $1.3 billion).

CCR is the largest concession company in Brazil in terms of gross revenues, and manages 10 toll road concessions in Brazil totaling 3,265 kilometers. CCR also manages four urban mobility concessions in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Bahia, and four airports in Quito (Ecuador), San José (Costa Rica), Curaçao (Curaçao) and in the city of Confins, in the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
