Davis Polk partner and Restructuring practice chair Don Bernstein served as contributing editor to the 10th edition of The Insolvency Review and authored the “Editor’s Preface.” In addition, Don, partner Tim Graulich, counsel Chris Robertson and associate Mary Kudolo authored the “USA” chapter. The Insolvency Review offers an in-depth review of the most consequential features of the insolvency laws and procedures in key jurisdictions worldwide and examines the practical implications of recent market trends and insolvency case developments.
