Donald Bernstein, emeritus Chair of Davis Polk’s Restructuring practice, and Tim Graulich, partner and head of international restructuring, served as contributing editors to the 12th edition of In-Depth: Insolvency (formerly The Insolvency Review) and authored the Editor’s Preface. In addition, Donald, Tim, counsel Josh Sturm and associates Stella Li and Destiny Reyes authored the USA chapter.
