We advised Zenergy on the placement of new shares

Davis Polk advised Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies Group Co., Ltd. on its placement of 45,921,000 new H shares, for an aggregate consideration of approximately HK$504 million.

Zenergy is a lithium-ion battery manufacturer in China with a primary focus on the R&D, production and sales of EV battery products and ESS battery products, including integrated battery solutions and battery management systems dedicated to large-scale applications of electrochemical products. Davis Polk also advised Zenergy on its HK$1.01 billion IPO in April 2025. The shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partners Li He and Jason Xu, and counsel Vanessa Chan. Members of the Davis Polk team are based in the Hong Kong and Beijing offices.
