Davis Polk advised the representative of the underwriters in connection with an $862.5 million follow-on offering of 17,250,000 shares of common stock of Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., which includes 2,250,000 shares purchased by the underwriters pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares. Vishay Intertechnology’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VSH.”
