We advised Texas Instruments on the investment-grade debt offering

Davis Polk advised Texas Instruments Incorporated on its SEC-registered debt offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.125% notes due 2026, $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 1.900% notes due 2031 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.700% notes due 2051. 

Texas Instruments designs and makes semiconductors that they sell to electronics designers and manufacturers all over the world.
