We are advising the client on OFAC sanctions affecting certain customers

Davis Polk is counseling a telecommunications company on potential compliance issues in connection with services provided to individuals and entities that are subject to sanctions by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
