We advised the underwriters on the offering

Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the $52 million SEC-registered secondary offering by Fintech Telecom LLC, as selling shareholder, of 4,658,131 American depositary shares representing 23,290,655 Class B ordinary shares of Telecom Argentina S.A. The ADSs are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “TEO.”

Telecom Argentina is one of Argentina’s leading telecommunications companies. Telecom Argentina provides a broad range of services, including mobile telephony, cable television, internet and fixed telephony services, as well as fintech services, international long-distance and wholesale services, data transmission and IT solutions outsourcing. Telecom Argentina operates in Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, the United States and Chile, offering telecommunications, internet, satellite TV and cybersecurity services across its platform.
