Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the upsized $766.9 million public offering of 12,077,480 shares of Class A common stock of TaskUs, Inc., sold by an affiliate of The Blackstone Group Inc. and other shareholders. TaskUs is traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the trading symbol “TASK.”
