Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with the approximately $1 billion follow-on offering of 12,345,679 shares of common stock of Sysco Corporation. Sysco’s common stock is listed on the NYSE under the symbol “SYY.”

Sysco is the global leader in selling, marketing and distributing food and non-food products to restaurants, healthcare and educational facilities, lodging establishments and other customers who prepare meals away from home. Its family of products also includes equipment and supplies for the foodservice and hospitality industries. The company’s international network supports customers in 90 countries around the world.
