Davis Polk is advising the investors on a definitive strategic agreement under which Vikram S. Pandit, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Orogen Group, Atairos and GIC will each invest in Chatham Financial as long-term capital partners. Chatham Financial will continue to be majority owned by its employees. The transaction is expected to close in late fourth-quarter 2026 or early first-quarter 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
