Davis Polk the joint lead arrangers, lenders and administrative agent in connection with a $20 billion term loan bridge facility provided to Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (d/b/a SpaceX) to refinance existing debt of SpaceX and its subsidiaries.

The company was founded in 2002 to revolutionize space technology, with the ultimate goal of enabling people to live on other planets. The SpaceX group of companies also includes social media platform X, artificial intelligence company X.AI and Starlink, the world’s most advanced satellite constellation in low-Earth orbit, delivering reliable broadband internet.
