We are advising Sibanye-Stillwater on the acquisition

Davis Polk advised Sibanye Stillwater Limited on its acquisition of Metallix Refining Inc. and certain affiliated companies at an enterprise value of $105 million. 

Sibanye-Stillwater is an international precious metals mining company, with a diverse portfolio of platinum group metal operations in the United States and Southern Africa, gold operations and projects in South Africa, and copper, gold and platinum group metal exploration properties in North and South America.

Metallix is a leader and innovator in precious metals recycling. In addition to its U.S. operations, Metallix operates in Europe and South Korea.
