Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with a $4 billion SEC-registered bond offering by ServiceNow, Inc. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.250% senior notes due 2028, $600 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.700% senior notes due 2031, $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.050% senior notes due 2033, $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of its 5.400% senior notes due 2036 and $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.300% senior notes due 2056.
