The investment-grade notes are due 2028

Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers on the Rule 144A / Regulation S offering by SEB of $750 million aggregate principal amount of 4.375% notes due 2028 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rating notes due 2028.
