We advised REV Group on its SEC-registered stock offering

Davis Polk advised REV Group, Inc. and certain selling stockholders in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 5,500,000 shares of common stock by such selling stockholders. Total gross proceeds to the selling stockholders was $85.3 million.

Based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, REV is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts and services. REV serves a diversified customer base primarily in the United States by providing customized vehicle solutions for applications including essential needs (ambulances, fire apparatus, school buses and transit buses), industrial and commercial (terminal trucks and industrial sweepers) and consumer leisure (recreational vehicles).
