The investment-grade notes are due 2033 and 2053

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters, in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Qualcomm Incorporated of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% notes due 2033 and $1.2 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.000% notes due 2053.
