The investment-grade notes are due 2032 and 2052

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Qualcomm Incorporated of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.250% notes due 2032 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.500% notes due 2052.
