Public safety software company $1.2 billion refinancing and $320 million preferred equity issuance

Davis Polk advised the lenders in connection with the refinancing of an existing first-lien credit facility of the borrower, a developer and supplier of public safety and public administration software portfolio company. The refinancing consisted of a $1.1 billion senior secured term loan facility and a $125 million senior secured revolving credit facility. Davis Polk also advised the purchaser in connection with a $320 million preferred equity issuance by the borrower.
