The shares are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange

Davis Polk advised the bookrunner and lead manager in connection with the offering of 16,000,000 shares of common stock of PARK24 Co., Ltd. The shares are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and were offered outside Japan pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. The aggregate proceeds of the offering were approximately ¥24.6 billion (approximately $196 million).

PARK24 is one of the leading parking facilities operators in Japan and overseas and are also a leading car sharing service provider in Japan.
