Davis Polk advised the distribution agent on an SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Otter Tail Corporation of its common shares for up to an aggregate amount of $75 million.

Headquartered in Fergus Falls, Minnesota and Fargo, North Dakota, Otter Tail is a holding company with subsidiaries that operate in three segments: Electric, Manufacturing and Plastics.
