Davis Polk advised Openly Holdings Corp. in connection with a growth investment round, with strategic participation from Allianz X.

Openly is a premium home insurance provider that offers coverage exclusively through independent agents across multiple states. Founded in 2017, Openly leverages actuarial science, machine learning and technology to provide agents with a centralized platform and consumers with comprehensive insurance coverage.
