We advised Olympus on the offering

Davis Polk advised Olympus Corporation in connection with its Rule 144A / Regulation S offering of senior notes, which consisted of $500 million aggregate amount of 5.526% senior notes due 2031. The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.

Olympus is a global medtech company that manufactures and sells medical equipment around the world. The company’s primary business is the production and sale of medical devices that can be used across stages of the medical process from early diagnosis to minimally invasive therapy.
