The debut offering consisted of 2.143% senior notes due 2026

Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers and joint bookrunners in connection with the debut Rule 144A / Regulation S offering of senior notes by Olympus Corporation, which consisted of $500 million aggregate amount of 2.143% senior notes due 2026. The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited. 

Olympus is a global medtech company that manufactures and sells medical equipment around the world. The company’s primary business is the production and sale of medical devices that can be used across the stages of the medical process from early diagnosis to minimally invasive therapy.
