We advised the joint bookrunners on the offering

Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners in connection with a follow-on offering by Moura Dubeux Engenharia S.A. of 19,305,019 common shares for an aggregate amount of approximately R$483 million. The common shares are listed on the São Paulo Stock Exchange. The securities sold in the international offering were placed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Moura Dubeux is a Brazilian real estate developer with over 40 years of operating history and a leading position in the Northeast region of Brazil. It focuses primarily on the development, incorporation and sale of residential and commercial projects, with operations across key cities in seven Brazilian states.

The Davis Polk corporate team included partner Manuel Garciadiaz and associate Alexandre Diniz. The tax team included counsel Christopher A. Baratta and associate Omar Hersi. Members of the Davis Polk team are based in the São Paulo and New York offices.
