Momenta HK$6.78 billion Hong Kong IPO
We advised Momenta on its IPO and HKEX listing
Davis Polk advised Momenta on its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S. The gross proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$6.78 billion, assuming the over-allotment option will be exercised in full.
Momenta is a leading autonomous driving company founded in 2016. Momenta’s core businesses include the deployment of its solutions in mass-produced vehicles, and the development of a scalable, driverless AD mobility and logistics business, with potential expansion into Robovan and Robotruck services. According to CIC, the company ranked No.1 among all independent driving automation solutions providers globally in terms of both the sales volume of vehicles equipped with Momenta’s Urban NOA solutions for the trailing 12 months ended February 28, 2026, and the number of mass-produced vehicle models incorporating Momenta’s Urban NOA solutions as of February 28, 2026.
