Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters on an SEC-registered offering by MercadoLibre, Inc., of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.900% guaranteed notes due 2033. The notes are fully and unconditionally guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of MercadoLibre.
