Marsh $600 million senior notes offering
We advised Marsh on its investment-grade notes offering
Davis Polk advised Marsh in connection with its SEC-registered offering of $600 million of its 4.950% senior notes due 2036. The company will use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
