Davis Polk advised the sales agent in connection with the SEC-registered at-the-market offering by Kodiak Sciences Inc. of its common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $350 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbol “KOD.”

Kodiak is a biopharmaceutical company committed to researching, developing and commercializing transformative therapeutics to treat high prevalence retinal diseases.
