Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with an SEC-registered debt offering by Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.950% senior notes due 2028 and $650 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.200% senior notes due 2031.
