Davis Polk advised the lead bookrunner and representative of the several underwriters in connection with a public offering by Immix Biopharma, Inc. of 16,778,524 shares of common stock at $8.94 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $150 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “IMMX.”

Immix Biopharma is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the application of chimeric antigen receptor therapy (CAR-T) in light chain (AL) Amyloidosis and other serious diseases.
