We advised the lenders on a superpriority bridge facility

Davis Polk advised the lenders to Horizon Global Corporation in connection with a $10 million superpriority bridge facility. The proceeds of the facility, which is secured on a superpriority basis relative to existing term debt of the company, were used to provide short-term liquidity.

Horizon Global Corporation is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of a wide variety of high-quality, custom-engineered towing, trailering, cargo management and other related accessory products on a global basis, serving the automotive aftermarket, retail and original equipment segments.
