Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the initial public offering of 18,400,000 shares of common stock of HawkEye 360, Inc., which included 2,400,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “HAWK.”
