Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the $450 million initial public offering of 15,937,501 shares of Class A common stock of Gemini Space Station, Inc. The shares sold included 300,565 shares sold by Gemini Space Station and 458,364 shares sold by selling stockholders pursuant to the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The Class A common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “GEMI.”
