Boaz advises U.S. and non-U.S. banking organizations and other financial services institutions, as well as a wide range of public and private companies, on their financial regulatory considerations. His practice spans both traditional financial services regulations and emerging digital asset regulatory issues.
Boaz advises crypto-natives and traditional financial institutions on all manner of digital asset regulatory issues regarding market structure, stablecoins, product development, licensing and regulator interactions. His practice also includes strategic bank regulatory advice, including in connection with bank mergers and acquisitions, charter applications, regulatory filings, resolution planning and bank failures and ongoing advice under the various federal banking laws.
He also maintains a robust capital markets practice representing issuers and underwriters on equity and debt offerings spanning both traditional financial institutions and crypto natives, as well as public company reporting obligations.
