Fiserv $6 billion revolving credit facility
Davis Polk advised the administrative agent and the joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with a $6 billion senior unsecured revolving credit facility for Fiserv, Inc. The proceeds of the loans under the revolving credit facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
